Hi, I’m Mike Westlake. I have the privilege of serving as the President of the Board of Directors at Freedom Church Windsor, as well as the Vice President of our Freedom Respite Program. I’m a hands-on kind of guy—I love working on projects like plumbing, electrical work, and building things out of wood. I get a lot of joy from creating and fixing things.
When I’m not working with my hands, you’ll probably find me playing darts—either in a league or in my garage with friends and family. I also love riding my motorcycle and spending time in our camping trailer. Bonfires, games, good company—those are some of my favorite things.
I work full-time as a maintenance man at a retirement home, putting in over 40 hours a week. I’m a hard worker and take pride in what I do. Sundays are special for me—that’s when I attend church and recharge my spirit.
Family is everything to me. I’ve been blessed with a wonderful wife and son, along with five amazing adult daughters. Between us, we have five grandkids—three boys and two girls—and they keep life exciting and full of joy. We’re always up to something as a family, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
