Our Mission
At Freedom Church, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive community that celebrates individuality and embraces diversity. We strive to introduce a fractured world to the powerful love and justice of Jesus, fostering personal growth and nurturing disciples who are equipped to meet the unique needs of today’s world. Through hope, grace, and a strong sense of belonging, we aspire to empower all individuals to live authentically as their true selves.

Meet our team
Our staff
Pastor Bradley Williams
Pastor Bradley was born and raised in the Windsor/Essex area. He grew up in church and felt a sense of calling to serve Christ at an early age. He currently serves as the Student Senior Pastor of Freedom Church Windsor. He obtained his undergrad in theological studies from Alberta Bible College. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Divinity.

Minister Katie Burgos
Katie is our Minister of administrator and Director for the Freedom Respite Day Support Program. She works with all the teams and assists Pastor Bradley with all daily administration of Freedom Church. She is also the minister of music.

Rev. Dr. Jen Garbin
Rev. Dr. Jen Garbin serves as the supervising Pastor at Freedom Church of Windsor. She works directly with the leadership team and board of directors at Freedom Church to ensure spiritual formation and direction of the ministry.
Our Core Leadership Team
Jeff
Jeff is one of the deacon and security at Freedom Church. Both he and his wife serve in ministry. He is also our health and safety rep on the Board of Directors.
Latrice
Latrice is the interim President for the Board of Directors and is the head of the First Impressions team at Freedom Church.
Tamiwa
Tamiwa is the head of follow-up and is the secretary on the Board of Directors.
Mary
Mary oversees the outreach team at Freedom Church. She is most passionate about bring Christ to our community.
Michael and Tammy
Michael and Tammy both serve together at Freedom Church. Michael is a ‘jack of all trades’ and is our interim Vice President on the Board of Directors and deacon. Tammy oversees the kitchen ministry and children’s program on Sunday morning.
Dyonce
Dyonce is currently enrolled at University of Windsor pursuing her Masters. She comes with many years of ministry experience and currently serves in our adult education department. She is the head of Bible Study.
Leni
Leni is the head of our Elders team and spiritual advisory committee. She is our church ‘mother’ and enjoys praying for others. She also head up the prayer team.
